My friend and I came to this beautiful city of Lishui for the first time, and Ella welcomed us. Although she doesn't speak much English, she is very enthusiastic. The room is comfortable and clean, there are many delicious breakfast options, and I like to eat their bread and yogurt

Breakfast has lots of variety, room is clean with great view, but no washer/ dryer for laundry, and air conditioner wouldn’t go lower than 25 degree, plus comforter is very heavy thick, too hot to sleep

A very clean, beautiful hotel that offers good services and rich selections of breakfast. I enjoyed my 3 days of stay there while visiting my friends. I will book the hotel again next time I come to Lishui.

This hotel does not have business license at a visible location for consumers. This hotel also refuses provide invoice/proof of stay for me to file reimbursement. The front desk staff was unable to find my reservations due to them using Chinese on non-Chinese passport customer (myself). They front desk staff were also not professional due to lack of training.

There was only one chinese restaurant where they only catered group guest. And the "All Day Dining Restaurant" did not open for dinner and no room service provided. So, consider you do not have chinese yuan and no wechat pay on your phone, should consider bringing your own snack if you stay here. Also, this is the only hotel that they charge their guest RMB150 for using their gym.
