酒店前台服务非常好，房间整洁空间大。早餐丰富，明档住粉的阿姨很热情亲切。洗衣房烘洗机有六部机器，停车位充足。最值得赞扬的是前台一位大姐姐，帮我们洗烘了衣服，还送了小礼物。

老板非常热情，有早午餐，房间乾净衞生，床品非常舒适，洗澡水非常好，早餐品种丰富，米粉很好吃，停车方便，酒店有充电桩非常便利，老板还送了罐茶叶很赞

这家店服务很好，房间很大，有洗衣机跟乾衣机，送的茶叶很好喝，酒店大厅有水果，糖，解暑冰棍，早餐品种很多，离玉龙湖佤族广场很近，值得推荐！！！

酒店离高速出口不远，途经临沧入住方便，门前和地下有停车位、充电桩，门前保安值守，适合自驾入住。新开业的酒店各项设施配套齐全，服务保障及寸，大堂还提供免费水果、冰棍和小食品。早餐挺好，工作人员主动热情值得表扬。

这次云南自驾游10多天来住的最好的酒店，有免费停车场，多台洗烘一体机的洗衣房，大堂还有免费冰棍和水果。没想到房间里还有免费的茶具和罐装茶叶。不仅提供丰盛的免费早餐，还有免费午餐，只是我们要赶路，没有品嚐。看来铂悦酒店是在对标国际顶级的柏悦酒店，必须大大点赞。
