民宿中的顶尖还是有原因的，无论从服务到设施再到景观都是非常棒的，夏天的丽江温度只有20多，晚上开了地暖，饭菜也都是很有水准的，除了价格小贵以外其他都很完美！ 下次去会约上店小二，开启一个雪山徒步之旅！

酒店设计很独特，与周边环境完美结合，房间设备齐全而且很高档，都是大品牌，床很舒服。特别值得称赞的是酒店的贴心服务，入住后会加入一个酒店服务群，基本上有求必应，回复也很及时。可以代安排车等服务。餐饮很棒。总之如果是家庭亲子或者情侣出游，绝对是丽江首选，强烈推荐！

除了泰国四季，这是我住过的最有特色的酒店。服务员大多是纳西族，特别淳朴，热情，和那些受过专业训练的服务员感觉完全不同。酒店就在玉湖村，在村里溜达溜达特有感觉。

酒店房屋建筑、内部设计都很棒！庭院非常美，服务非常贴心，饮食也很喜欢，有家的感觉。整体感觉是非常完美！
