Perfect score from me, they went above and beyond. The location is great - in a quiet street in the old town that's close to all the attractions and the road. The rooms were really clean, modern and spacious, and the internal courtyard was really cute and a great place to hang out. They offer breakfast and afternoon tea, both which were excellent. However, the standout was the service - Nana took care of us and made our experience amazing. She arranged airport pickup and dropoff, afternoon tea to be sent to our rooms, places to eat and offered to help us organize outings to the jade dragon snow mountain. She was an invaluable source of knowledge and truly made our Lijiang experience that much smoother. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Lijiang!

酒店位置极好，住了两晚还给安排了专车接机，到酒店之后给我们免费升级了房型。周边吃喝玩乐都很方便，出门就是大水车，到古城中心四方街就几百米。管家服务周到细心，会提醒我们注意事项，给我们提供逛古城攻略，帮助避坑避雷，总体来説是一次非常满意的入住。

服务非常好，主动安排接送站，每天下午茶，晚安甜汤，最后一天还给延迟退房。早上走路去黑龙潭看日照金山很近。在古城边闹中取静，打车也方便。

酒店设施很新，离着大水车步行两分钟就到了，交通便利，并且很安静，晚上休息的很好，每天都有下午茶可以享用，屋顶的观景台可以看雪山。各方面都不错。

酒店位置在大风车旁边，很好找，会有工作人接送行李，出行很方便很热闹，酒店却意外的很静谧！
酒店设施很齐全，乾湿分离、全屋智能控制、洗衣机烘乾机、戴森吹风机，遇到下雨天还给客人准备了雨伞，实在太贴心了
床品也非常舒服，柔软亲肤，隔音也超棒
酒店景观也不错，每层楼都有休闲区，早餐下午茶也很精致美味。

订这里真的太方便了，差不多是在古城北面吧，旁边就是大水车，离狮子山和酒吧街都很近，逛古城很方便。这家的早餐是半自助，红烧牛肉麪辣辣的重庆人表示喜欢～下午茶可以在房间用，服务员会送上来，整体体验不错～
