地理位置很好，到古城很近，门口就有茶行，还有美食一条街，室内乾净，设施齐全，服务热情周到，特色房间，大堂的海棠果饮很好喝

房间很不错??，超出预期的，早餐也很不错餐厅后面还有一棵枇杷树，尝试敲了几个超级甜，小时候的味道，总而言之此次的入住体验很不错

房间整洁乾净，环境优美，衞生乾净，服务人员热情，特别是我的旅行箱坏了，和前台经理説了一下，她让工程部师傅立刻来到房间，很快修好了。第一天第一次入住大酒店，感到很温馨

酒店很老了，来了才知道丽江这种老牌客房多的酒店主要是接待团队，散客尽量不要定，因为他们的服务模式和思维已经和团队客深入绑定了. 第一次遇到前台电话始终无法不通的酒店，非常窒息，所有的需求需要下楼当面沟通，即便如此处理也非常缓慢.第一次我刚从虎跳峡徒步过来，非常疲惫，又和酒店沟通了至少一个小时才入住（起因是开始订的基础房非常非常差，窗外几十公分就是对面楼的窗户，人家窗户门口晾着臭鞋，最后説加钱换个房，员工业务能力为零这么简单的问题居然又拖了好久..）. 雪山景房的景观还不错，但是这房间还有个致命问题！反味儿！**衞生间极为恶臭

这家酒店看着距离大研古城近，实际上最近的位置是古城里的狮子山，也就是説如果要进入古城还是要走很多很多台阶.而如果打车从大水车进入 丽江这个城市极为堵车.地理位置其实很不好. 挑不出太多好词儿形容的酒店. 可以看到雪山 唯一的优点.不过丽江随便找个酒店都能看到.感觉自己*****了，选了这么个酒店，几十年旅行第一大失败

超赞的入住体验。
大堂富丽堂皇且有灵气。
房间窗户乾净并内侧有高品质纱窗。床垫配有加热功能。房间木制中式家俱经典贵气，样式及品质都太美了。
房间可看到雪山顶，心情超好。
前台服务非常专业友好，为客户着想，全部体现在细节中。早餐丰富营养。临行在大堂外面，还有酒店工作人员关照到上车驶离。
服务和硬件都太赞了，非常推荐。

The hotel is located quite close to the ancient city and we had no problems with cleanliness. There are also many restaurants and a night market nearby. The staff were also very helpful and provided takeaway boxes for me and my friend to pack breakfast in the mornings. The air conditioning wasn't really working, but that wasn't an issue for us when we went in early April. The only thing that we felt could have been better was the toilet, which couldn't handle too much toilet paper and would require multiple flushes to get everything flushed away. Overall we had a satisfactory stay.
