Was stay at hotel Indigo Lijiang for 3 nights, overall very good experience, no complaints and use WeChat communicat very well n response very fast to solve my issue. The room was clean and big bathtube which I like to most . Definitely I will back again

酒店私密性很好，相对比隔壁洲际我觉得酒店环境更雅致一些，隔音也不错，离古城很近。king服务很周到，给升级了房型，总的来説这次出游很开心，下次来丽江还会选择这里。

丽江第一晚选择了英迪格，头一天就接到电话询问到店时间，有无特殊要求，到店全程行李没用我碰，早餐我们选择了去洲际吃，菜品十分丰富，前台经理David服务热情，有求必应！

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Lijiang. The hotel is clean, modern, and beautifully designed, making the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Lijiang Old Town.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the top-notch service provided by the team. After our long travelling hours, the staff, King quickly helped us settle in, assisted with the check-in process smoothly, and handled our luggage with great care.
Special thanks to King Wong, who was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. He even shared his WeChat with us to assist with arrangements for photography and our check-out process, which we truly appreciated.
Such warm and genuine hospitality made our entire stay feel extremely heartwarming and memorable. Highly recommended!

作为连锁品牌，优势真的一目了然：公共区域宽敞雅致，融合了茶马古道与纳西风情的设计氛围感拉满，各项设施完善又贴心；客房布局合理，居住动线流畅便捷，热水供应稳定给力，床品被品质感绝佳，躺上去瞬间卸下旅途疲惫，舒适度直接拉满。
最要狠狠夸一夸的是酒店的服务，尤其是大堂办理入住的工作人员田园！服务热情又细致周到，完全是站在客人角度贴心考量。丽江古城遍布石板路，酒店园林内也全是石板路，搬运行李格外不便，即便我们的房间离大堂很近，田园先生还是主动一手拎起一件行李，还细心帮我们拿好随身背包，全程贴心引路。
抵达房间后，他还耐心叮嘱各种细节：丽江夜间温差大，特意提醒晚上气温偏低，详细讲解空调的使用方法，连厕所灯光开关这些容易被忽略的小细节都一一嘱咐到位，确认我们都清楚后才礼貌离开。这种发自内心的周到服务，真的让人倍感温暖。还有他的同事名Byron和King 也是彬彬有礼，服务热情，专业素质都很高。
整体入住体验满分，洲际旗下的酒店品质果然一直在线，硬件舒适、服务暖心、设计有格调，来丽江旅行选这家绝对不踩雷，强烈推荐给大家！
