服务非常差，没有牙涮洗涮日常用品提供，半夜2点让客人去超市购牙刷牙膏等洗刷用品，还本酒店给钱也没有的提供，（洒店的值班保安可在场见证）这样的如黑店有何区别。当时前台的200元押金已经退回，干嘛没有入住的房费还不马上退款。强烈要求马上退回全部房费钱。我是昨晚上入住广州卡威尔酒店，一个人同一时间能住两个地方吗

酒店位置还算不错离地铁站就走十几分钟，门口有汽车站，离江边很近，附近吃的东西有非常多的选择，就是酒店比较陈旧了，设施齐全还算干净！

这次出差在会场的酒店，位置就在太古仓附近，附近很多吃的，酒店属于老三星，设施旧，空间小，空调，还滴水，就是开会方便

红帆酒店的早餐很不错，非常适合带孩子住的酒店，楼下有标准的粤菜早茶，酒店付近环境非常好，有地铁和大型购物广场餐饮应有尽有，酒店旁边就是江边，有电影院酒吧各种各样餐饮，晚上还可以江边边吃边欣赏夜景，适合老人小孩的好地方，总之过来住过都喜欢红帆酒店，安全放心价格实惠，还有停车场方便，朋友客人来我都是订红帆酒店。
