名过其实的酒店优点：位置很好，园区景观绿化好叫车很快，管家服务不错缺点：早餐很差，没什么吃的设施陈旧，空调吵部分员工挂黑脸，服务差，第一天去酒廊厨师没有戴口罩，不可想象在此之前客人是不是都吃厨师口水

coco的服务好到爆炸，晚上有晚安牛奶，还帮我们升级了房间，洲际的早餐也是很好吃的！而且酒店送的照片也拍的特别多的好看下次还会多多再来的！coco很好我很满意他的服务，超赞，正直5月份花开的也很漂亮，妈妈特别满足这次旅行

It was a very comfortable stay to start my Lijiang segment, pleasant from the start thanks to Lily who received me at the front desk. She addressed all my queries and request patiently and expediently. Her cheerful follow-up via WeChat was also prompt. If you have the time, book your slot for the ethnic photoshoot early. The compound is vast but there's a buggy service and a side gate to the old town which is accessible 24hrs.

酒店位置非常不错，就在丽江古城的南门，有独立的庭院，绿化良好非常安静适合饭后散步走走。房间基本是独栋，有摆渡车来回大堂。院子北门就直接通丽江古城里麪，出行非常方便。大堂餐吧的玻璃窗非常出片，晴天可以清楚拍到雪山，下雨后放晴还拍到了双彩虹住了三天体验都蛮好的，房间设施齐全，配备戴森吹风机，byredo备品以及bo音响。早餐选择丰富，入住前宾客关系部Jocelyn有提前联系添加谘询住房偏好以及推荐出行规划，服务贴心。非常推荐来丽江旅游住这里
