The host and staffs were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They even check with you the time u reaching and leaving so that they could help to carry the luggage for you. U could even play with their 2big dogs and their dogs were super tame and they do not bite. We even had conversations and they even found out that we had a hard time purchasing tickets for Yu Long Xue Shan and they even offer to help in purchasing and explaining the whole flow and things to take note when we are there???????? I would say their service was excellent!! You won’t feel any uneasiness. Purely a sense of home I would say! ??

老板和管家服务超暖心，热情贴心，有求必应，还会耐心推荐游玩攻略与地道美食，像家人一样亲切。早餐丰盛美味，下午茶精致，细节满满，体验感直接拉满。

房间乾净整洁，最喜欢房间超大的浴缸，泡在房间浴缸，沐浴着院子阳光，很舒服，而且束河的春天满是春意盎然，清澈的河流，悠然的古镇，10月份又见。

民宿老板很热情，两只狗狗很可爱，很友善！住在这里好方便，出门就有很多餐厅！虽然在古镇里但晚上很安静，还可以跟老板和住客一起喝茶，説笑！房间里没有烟味！我们没有国内的app,老板还帮我们在网上买了药，住客还帮我们下单买外卖，一起食，住了四晚，很开心！

云墅真的给人一种家的感觉，真的是宾至如归。首先下车走几步路就可以入住了，小哥会全程接送，出门没走几步路就到四方街了，位置非常非常好。 然后民宿非常非常非常安静，这几天满房的状态下都没有一点吵闹，可能选择这个酒店的人都喜欢安静，都不会大声喧哗，再加上独栋+很好的隔音效果。民宿还有俩只非常安静的大脚伯恩山，非常粘人，而且非常温驯，而且又是特别安静，我连住三天完全没听过他叫一声，我都以为是不是哑巴了[呲牙][呲牙][呲牙]。接触了这俩只狗狗以后我从害怕狗狗到了超级喜欢大狗狗的一个转变，可能老家小区的小狗特别讨人烦吧。老板、阿姨人都很淳朴，都是地道的云南人，第一眼就知道很友善，很随和。老板在行程上还帮我们做了很好的规划，让有限的时间得到充分的利用。 这次是和爱人一起来的，还跟老板约定了暑假会带着家人朋友再来相聚，非常感谢此次的相遇，希望老板生意红红火火，发大财！！！ 对了 爱你 幽静的束河。

一开始在丽江是打算换2家店去体验一下，但是从第一天开始就被云墅的设施、服务、舒服度给迷住了，后面就果断取消另一家的直接在云墅住了5天， 云墅交通也很方便，下车80米就可以直接入住了，而且管家会包接送行李，管家推荐的牛肉店，菌汤店、脆皮猪脚店都超级超级满意，很符合我们的口味，出门在外吃的很重要！！！ 这几天束河、白沙、大研都逛了，感觉束河很符合我们的节奏。尤其是第二 第三次来丽江的，慢慢的住下，慢慢的体验，慢慢的放松，而且云墅的房间都是小独栋，相互没有影响，而且每一间房采光真的太好了，从早到晚都有阳光，民宿在携程看到2020开业的 但是感觉也很新。对了 还有可以撸狗狗，俩只超大伯恩山，老板是束河纳西族的，他在另外一个店养了俩只伯恩山，时不时会过来玩，每次来要跟俩只狗狗玩好长时间，甚至一玩就一下午了，此刻都是满满的回忆，想念云墅家的味道，想念laiber的憨憨可爱，想念束河的悠然自得，下次我还要来。

Our stay with this inn has been beyond excellent. Extremely wholesome and friendly host. They really go out of their way to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay with them~
Room size is beyond enough for 3 person with all the amenities required, especially with it being in the heartland of 古城 MANY food options. If yall are looking for a place to stay in 丽江, I highly recommend to consider this place~
