Perfect place to stay, beautiful old building, staff were perfect, very friendly! Julia and staff were very kind, and helpful in every way. Julia has fantastic English speaking skills, will come and stay here every year!

客栈设备设施齐全，云南气候乾燥，屋内有加湿器，厕所也是独立的还有超大的浴缸和智能马桶，房间打扫乾净物品摆放整洁 旁边就是忠义夜市 出去逛逛非常方便。
我定了房间后老板娘就会联系询问行程和是否需要接机安排，行程前一天还会贴心的提醒当地的气温和注意事项，还会推荐当地好吃好玩好看的地方...客栈的前台小姐姐也非常热情且耐心，会询问我们是否需要下午茶 还会陪着我们泡茶聊天。
因为住在古城内，还会安排人员来带路和拿行李，让我有种回家的温暖感!

I had an incredible stay in the heart of Lijiang Old Town. The property perfectly blends traditional Chinese style with a beautiful modern touch. What made my trip truly special was the host, Julia. She is exceptionally kind and well-connected; simply mentioning her name at local restaurants even got me a discount! The snacks provided were delicious, and she was thoughtful enough to prepare some for my early morning departure. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lijiang.

The best hotel ever! Service??, layan ??. The receptionist can speak English too, so very easy to communicate. They even suggest me nearest halal restaurant and places to visit. The hotel also very pretty, exactly the same in the picture. The hotel is 300+ years preserved since the hotel is within the ancient town. Staying here definitely feel like going back in time. Singaporeans and Malaysian, if you see this just book this hotel. Because i will do the same if im going to visit Lijiang again ??

We are very happy with the service, cleanliness and the fact that there was bidet in the toilet. They are very accommodating to our request too- arranged for luggage transporter & voluntarily provided suggestions for halal shops and activities inside the ancient town. We were also served with teas & sweets during the stay. The only downside is it needs quite a walk inside the city to reach the guest house. It was a bit tiring for us. But still a great option so you can explore ancient city

I had a wonderful stay at Artistic Suite. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Julia, who went above and beyond to share detailed information about things to do and great food places, including halal options, which meant a lot to me.
I was warmly welcomed with a welcome drink, and after a tiring day at JDSM Mountain, they even prepared garlic tea for me, such a thoughtful and caring gesture.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a charming ancient-style vibe that made the stay even more special.
Thank you so much to Julia and the entire team for accommodating all my requests and making me feel truly cared for. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

If you plan to come to Lijiang, please choose this hotel. the location right in the heart of Lijiang ancient town.We love everything about this hotel, you feel like traveling back in time. This is the best hotel I have stayed in China, Julia as a host did a very good job in supplying us with the information on where to get halal food, the traditional dress rental and also arranged the trip to JDSM. I will definitely come to stay here again!
