酒店在景区里面，坐车都要10多分钟，根本不是酒店说的景区东门门口，进出酒店不坐车根本不行。服务不达标，明明写的班车运行时间，结果到时间没看见司机，找前台，服务员不清楚。再三催促，服务员才打电话到处问，结果也不知道找没找到司机，几个服务员站在那里装聋作哑。后来碰见一个应该是领导的人，她打电话才解决了司机问题。头天到酒店也是，等了很久的交通车。早饭到9:30，结果8:30过去就没什么吃的了。服务与酒店的定位严重不符。

接送车的本地司机很热情，有问必答！
房间卫生差，床头柜大面积非常明显的油渍没有擦，续住让换床单也没有换。
早餐一般，能吃饱但品种不多！

是新酒店，房间大，家具全是竹质的，进门就闻到好闻的草药香，比空气清新剂强n倍。但是早餐让人无力吐槽，八点半去，水果，蔬菜，牛奶全都没有了，也不见添，炒饭夹生，和酒店档次有点不匹配
