房间挺大的，宽敞明亮，衞生也可以，装修年代似乎久远了些，设施有些老旧。位于民主路，向西就是最繁华街区，向东600米就是白塔公园，晚上公园周边有夜市很热闹。

酒店位置很方便。火车站（辽阳站）下来后两公里多点就是，很好找。如果骑共享单车十分钟左右就到了。
前台的服务态度很热情。酒店设施也都还可以。

乾净整洁，房间暖气特别足，外面零下好几十度房间内暖气洋洋，每次出差都会来这里住，早餐特别好，应有尽有，棒极了

酒店前台差的不得了，一根筋，定了6个房间，开始説一定要按金1800，300一间，沟通不下，后来我们叫她和领导汇报，领导当然同意押800好了，前台服务员就开始不服气性质，故意接电话慢慢办理，而且带报复，在字条上写我们次日早上含单找，只能一个人吃，（定的是含双早的），订的豪标房间故意拿特价差的房间给，都在电梯口，非常吵，房间衞生差，服务态度差，设施差，衞生一般，
