这是我来这里最烂的一次服务，最开始入住给了一个脏房，无奈换了一个。到了男浴区的温泉池，不但只有一个小池子注水，而且温度极低，后来找了服务员20分钟后才给加温。次日早晨9：29分在五楼坐电梯，酒店工程部施工人员推着设备和客人抢电梯，真是让人费解。即便是服务员也应该让客人先行的服务规则作为这个酒店不会没培训吧，何况是施工的，施工的就不应该坐客梯。最后到了餐厅被告知已经收餐了，但是入住的时候服务员明确告诉早餐到10点，结果餐厅公示的是9：30。这种服务真是无语了。这个酒店真的是要完蛋了，服务质量直线下降，我公司连续三年在他家搞年会真是瞎了眼了

其实来了很多次碧湖了，第一次通过艺龙入住，价格是挺便宜，不过不朝阳，下次不会选这个价格的房间，，其余还是不错的
