在同程下了订单，结果到酒店说没有，然后同程客服告诉我把订单发给酒店，酒店说没收到，同程和酒店之间的联系出了问题，却要我去解决，整整电话沟通了两个多小时才拿到房卡，导致晚饭没有吃，劳累还引起高反，同程和酒店出这样的问题，带给我一系列的麻烦！不满意！
