入住和退房准确即时；房间布局合理，床垫超舒适，但床头开关盒除总电源有标识外，其余无标识；洗漱间及挂画工程维护保养不到位，面盆下维修下水管道后的缺口填补完成，浴缸旁挂画边角开裂；客房提供免费擦鞋服务即时；前台礼宾处所提供的客人引领和行李服务基本到位；总机服务有待加强，我在凌晨一点左右拔“0”后，无人应答，只得自己手感觉机呼叫醒服务；晚上原打算去铱瑞水疗做个SPA，路上发现导视牌放置的位置和灯光配置不明显，问了服务员才找到地点，且只有2名技师，服务的专业性不是瑞吉的标配；早餐尚可，品种丰富，有三个以上的手拨水果可提供客人选择，饼房提供的烤点和面包种类齐全，感觉缺少了藏式专饮——酥油茶和当地特色食品。明档有专人煎蛋和烫煮，该窗口的厨师和厅面服务员的外语水平和仪容仪表有一定的提升空间，这样才能更为优质的提供对客服务。
