  房间除了一开始有点装修味以外其他都很好，乾净，风格简约，服务贴心有礼，地理位置优越，下次还会选择这家。

  关于设施：1.整体设施以智能家居为主，出发点是为了住客方便是好意的，但是过于智能，尤其是空调，2个面板可以控制，也没有提示可以如何操作，对于我五六十岁的父母来説操作起来是非常困难的，导致他们大半个晚上都以为开了空调却一直很热，你有智能家居可以，建议在开关处张贴操作指南。 2.一大早九点左右，酒店楼下就开始施工，都无语了，完全不考虑住客感受，本来房间玻璃窗隔音就很差了，楼下説话都能听得一清二楚，早上还在那里施工就很无语。 3.淋浴室排气扇有等于无，拳头一样大的风口，完全起不了作用，只能打开厕所门才能换气不闷。 4.关于智控灯光，真的很鸡肋，只有100%、50%、25%、0%可以选择，以为25%会很温和很微弱的光，实际上很耀眼，尤其不适合在床头有光，选择0%又太黑，伸手不见五指那种。 关于环境：1.入住时，上到所住楼层，整个楼道一阵烟味，对于鼻炎患者真的很不友好。

  第一次来乐昌，好彩入到房间才开始雷暴大雨，第一次人生经历在酒店停电，从10楼行楼梯到5楼取衣服，再行到地下取外卖，再行楼梯上10楼。不过酒店处理算很快，大概1小时左右重新接电。只有室外停车场，有充电桩但充得比较慢，酒店旁边有酒楼。这是还遇到一只很可爱的猫猫。

  不得不説，前两天的体验很差，后面表示了明确的不满后，有所改善！ 1.前台两个服务人员，专业知识匮乏，态度恶劣，表情不耐烦，处理问题能力极差。服务人员竟然敢信誓旦旦説，无论住多少天，都必须每天过来刷卡，全国全季都一样，我表示质疑，他竟然説就是这样的，不懂装懂，还态度恶劣，一件事情没处理好，不交代一声，就忙活其他事情去了，你基本的礼貌呢？礼仪呢？素质呢？后面来了另外一个女性服务人员，説了另外一套説辞，我就反问她，那为什么你同事跟你説的不一样，不是説全国全季都统一，必须每天刷卡吗？她不回应，也不承认错误，只説我的订单分开定，所以需要重新录入，我反问，我一周前就预订好的，入住的时候怎么不一起办理了？她又给了另外一套説辞。全程没笑脸，态度不友好，回覆不专业，同款的一件事情没处理好，就忙其他事情去，帮你晾一边。这就是开业半年后全国数一数二集团全季的水平！！！！ 2.房间设施有问题，洗手盆和门太近，进出都容易碰到。灯光按钮接线错误，按25%是灭灯，按0%反而是有灯的。 3.衞生有担忧，第一天入住有严重烟味，换了房间，发现房间枕头有污渍，被子有黑点，要求更换，盯着换了2-3套才乾净，因为新的被套一样有污渍和黑点，那么就是储藏和运输过程有问题，不衞生。 4.有一天早上电话前台要求换被子，清洁阿姨推车跑过来后，才发现布草车没有被套，需要下楼拿，让我不得不怀疑，平时你们是否做到一客一换的标准！ 5.投诉后，第二天店长想过来沟通，奇葩的是，我接收到了两次房间电话的响铃，后来看我没接，跑了上来做説明。我对于连纠正错误，表示歉意的行为都只是想通过电话完成的行为，表示无语，基本的态度和改正诚意没有呈现，説是送我什么之类的。我直接拒绝，因为我提出的诉求不是为了得到什么而是作为全国知名酒店的衞生服务水平，真不该如此不堪！ 最后补一句，可能因为酒店知道我们对服务和衞生有要求，他们内部有开会，眼见有所改善，客人进出有问候，不过依然没笑脸，坐在大厅，有人送茶，最后还送了一份小吃哄了小孩。对于他们愿意改进的态度表示认可，不过犯过的错，就应该承认和改进。不然下次还不知道谁又倒霉。
