房间面积尚可，温度很好，入住时很暖和，床铺舒适，电视不是很智能，洗澡水水压一般，温度可以，只有两部电梯，略显局促，没有免费停车位，只能使用园区地下收费停车场，早餐很不错，种类丰富，牛肉麪还不错

酒店就在高铁站的正对面，离高铁站很近，而且酒店有免费的接站服务和和送站服务酒店，前台的服务态度也非常得好，下次入住还会选择这家酒店

The hotel is close to a high speed train station and underground station. Very convenient for traveling. The hotel also provides transfer to and from the High Speed Train Station. It is not too short to walk to with luggage but too short for a taxi ride. Hence, the transfer takes away this embarrassing problem.
Generally I like the hotel. Breakfast is very good indeed.
The ladies at the Reception were helpful but could be more friendly with a smile. They seem too official.

没想到在甘肃住得最差的酒店就是这家温德姆，首先是车辆不能开到大堂，天气好走几十米也就算了，但离店时下雨了，跟前台反馈让车开到大堂，她居然説没办法，因为物业把地锁锁了。你能想象作为一家知名的连锁酒店，客人居然要拖着行李箱在路边走几十米进出酒店的情景吗？可笑至极！
入住后房间也是一堆吐槽点，订了三个房间，居然有两个房间的马桶冲水无力（连一张纸巾都冲不走），酒店维修人员来确认后确定无法马上解决，要换房间……
换房间后开空调，居然发现空调居然不制冷，打电话给前台，前台反馈説酒店空调目前只有送风没有制冷，如果热的话就打开窗……我们打开了窗户，但因为没有对流，风是没法进入房间的，此时房间相当闷热，洗完澡就一身汗了，没办法只能让酒店送两台风扇（后面只送了一台），差不多一千元的房价，居然要开着风扇入睡，可笑至极！
最后吐槽一下房间的衞生状况，枕头的枕芯发黄，床头玻璃麪布满灰尘。还有床宽标注1.35米，实际是1.2米……
有图有真相！不知网上那些好评是怎么来的，希望后面的旅客看到能避坑吧！温德姆，再见！再也不见！

衞生：衞生真的差得一塌糊涂，入住时发现桌子上有头发，没有洗手液，没有擦手帕，没有一次性马桶套，打电话问客房，説是忘记放了。出门时按了清扫键，回酒店时连床都不整理，更别説打扫。附图是出门后回房间的景象。
硬件：车子不能停靠大堂门口，需要客人自己拉着行李箱走十几米进酒店，天晴还好，遇到下雨天只能让出租车停在马路边，自己冒雨跑进酒店。
房间：十月份空调关停了，房间里闷热得要命，酒店却给的是床厚厚的冬被，根本无法入睡。
总的来説，五星的价格，四星的硬件，三星的服务，两星的衞生。酒店的管理严重有问题，建议携程下架这家酒店，免得影响携程平台的口碑。
