房间衞生不乾净，选了好久觉得他家评分高觉得可以，结果一到房间被子一掀开就看到了床上的头发，无语了，不过前台小姐姐还是蛮客气的

服务超好，前台不同班次的几个小姐姐説话都超有礼貌，而且很贴心，外卖还可以送上楼，需要接机会仔细询问航班讯息帮忙联系叫车，特别是我落下了东西前台小姐姐专门致电告知并帮忙寄回，环境很棒，早餐也很丰盛，味道很棒，前台大厅楼梯下还有养鱼的水池，房间内也让人感觉温馨。

地理位置非常好，临近商圈，离兰州大学，省人民医院，兰大一院非常近。离火车站十分钟车程。房间宽敞，衞生很好，前台服务非常好，最大限度的满足客人要求，非常棒！
