地理位置较方便，早餐不错，房间整洁干净，时间可能有点长了，门框边有点裂纹，卫生间外面墙有痕迹。服务态度好，较热情。离中洲公园几百米，去逛逛，乘摆渡船去看看兰溪古城墙都不错。

在入住时告诉总台要求有浴缸的房间，最后的确安排了一个有浴缸的房间，但居然这个浴缸告诉我们不能用，在维修中，我真的是晕了，还好后来给我们换了房间，请你们不要把维修房再卖给客人了。

早餐因为小孩没吃什么东西，拿了罐酸奶，酒店的管理人员居然把我们拦了下来，说早餐食品不能外带，要求我们把酸奶喝完才能离开，真的出现了《人在囧途》王宝强喝牛奶的那一幕，投诉到大堂副理，居然说拿罐酸奶被酒店管理层看到要被扣钱的，我是不相信酒店对员工、对宾客会是这么不人性化的，我还是希望酒店能给个真诚的道歉。
