服务很好，环境优雅，一进酒店就有茶水服务，还有高铁站转车接送，上下午茶都免费，晚上还有晚安水果，前厅接待胥雪梅好热情服务贴心。我一直都住他家酒店。

一到酒店就有管家迎接，管家罗小霞帮我开门，带我到房间还送来水果和奶，前台接待田文燕很专业和专业也很热情，酒店上下五茶很不错。服务真是让人觉得贴心。棒棒

看了点评选择了这个美豪酒店，初入酒店，管家王海蓉给我们夫妻两倒了茶水和热毛巾！还帮我提拉笨重的箱子，前台浦艳梅办理的也很亲切快速。进到房间，没有让我失望！虽然靠着小区，但六楼还可以，光线很足。下午准备去看看阆中小三峡！

特别值得推荐的一家酒店，晚上到店后办理入住速度超快，酒店还提供免费的上下午茶、景点接送等10免服务；第二天早上起来比较晚下来时早餐已经结束了，到前台询问后张航燕和雪梅两位美女主动帮我准备稀饭和水果，超级暖心♥️

酒店员工确实是好员工，让我在其它酒店感受到了不一样的体验，按理说其他方面真达不到4星，首先水温连的洗澡都有问题，水也是一点大，改善吧，必竟长远发展的话这些方面还是很重要的。接待我们的那位胥小姐不错。
