酒店位置方便，距离圆通山动物园很近，旁边就是地铁站，到其他地方也很方便。前台和客房服务都很好，很耐心，还赠送了酸奶，体验感很好。晚上睡觉环境也很安静，房间也很乾净，很好。

太垃圾了，入住两天没有热水，插座坏的，空调开暖气是冷气，房间里面的东西慎用，收费甚多，一言难尽..

Great location. Walking distance 10mins from metro station, there are convenient stores, fruit shop and food stores within few mins walking radius. But Amenities are not well maintain and repaired, the room I stayed fridge and one of
electrical charging point doesn't work.
Management need improvement, different departments don't have good communication between each other which caused misunderstanding. Situation as below:
1. Room booklet and booking info was not updated. Stated there was Laundry service, but when asked there isn't.
2. States there is Rooom service for food but when called there isn't.
3. Housekeeping mentioned breakfast can be brought to me in my room(because I was sick), but when called receiption said they don't provide this kind of service.
4. Housekeeping disturbs even putting on DO NOT DISTURB, interrupting my rest when I was sick. (NOT sure if housekeeping missed out OR the indication light doesn't work)
Hope management will improve for guest to have a better experience.

位置很好，停车方便就是酒店装修有些老了，早餐很不错哦，第一次来昆明很喜欢这个城市，中转一下下一站大理丽江。

我看着携程上的评论定了这家酒店，入住体验很好，大堂宽敞气派，房间宽敞乾净整洁，有密码箱，小冰箱，更加贴心的是还有净水器，直接可以喝到纯净水，早餐也不错，前台和服务人员也很好，价格亲民。今后来昆明我还会来住！
