五星级的收费，四星级的硬装，三星级的服务。早餐达不到五星标准，硬装整体达不到温德姆的一贯标准，显得不是很有档次，用品部分是华美达的。服务一言难尽，找前台要电瓶车去西餐厅，还没说去哪就遭到拒绝，住的双卧室套房，可住四人，门口四人自行车却还要额外收费，向礼宾部咨询酒店活动和游乐设施告知没有特别的去处。午休的时候外面草地有大妈在跳广场舞，音响声音巨大，破坏了度假的幽静环境。外部环境还可以，湿地舒适，但是性价比实在是不高。

两年不去，嘉丽泽（星耀水乡）变化真大，配套逐步在完善，酒店服务也比以前好了很多，风景好，值得家人出行。
