用我的名字预订，入住是另一个朋友，结果前台说最后要和网站核对时比较麻烦，“建议”我以后预订时用入住人的名字留房。我以前也做前台接待，无论是艺龙还是酒店，都有各自的确认号，每天后台确认入住客人信息时，即使名字查不到，用确认号也是可以查找的。而且，这样的问题不应该由客人“解决”。个人认为，接待员服务有提升空间。
