1.户型较小，装修一般，与价格不成比例。2.房间、脏乱差，桌下尘土、杂物一堆。3.墙壁发霉、屋内异味。4.未采用集中供水设施，每次洗澡还需中途停顿20分钟，否则热水供应不足。5.地面黏糊糊的，走起路来粘鞋的感觉让人崩溃。6.空调制冷效果较差。7.宾馆还带中途停电的，没有应急响应措施，大夏天的憋在房间里面让人无法呼吸。
