    避雷!!昆明美豪丽致酒店（政府碧鸡公园店） 1、我们是1月17号晚上入住酒店的，入住的是一间双床房和一间三人房。当时进入房间地板上就有一块用过的纸巾，然后门把上特别脏，明显就没有搽乾净。 2、晚上我们去夜市街一直到11点多才回来，回来洗澡的时候发现下水道下不去水，我把整个下水道都打开了也没有办法下水，我就洗个头，水都流到外面出来了，一直流到房间，花洒喷头还是坏的，整个都是裂开的，一直流水。因为当时头发上已经是泡沫了，只能勉强把头冲完。下来找前台让他们给我解决，最后给我换了房间，説第二天他们再和我解决问题。（有一个点洗手间马桶位置对着床的，洗手间门有问题，关上会直接打开，你上洗手间要抵着门，要不很尴尬。（下去和她们沟通的时候前台和我説报修过了，工程部还没有来修） 3、第二天我下来前台处理，等了20分钟来了一个女的，直接就和我説房间没问题，（??是我不会用下水道）。我直接整一个无语 ，我来住宿我还要会用下水道吗?下水道下水不是正常问题吗?反正一直就説没问题，房间一直有人住的，不信给我看房态什么的。我就一直回覆説，如果你一直説没有问题，我们怎么沟通。那个女的一直説没问题，我就不想沟题，我就不想沟通了。然后她就大声的吼我，让我安静听她説。后面我就説我会投诉的，她回覆让我投诉，説如果我影响了生意，她会告我。刚开始没有录音录视频，等那个女的走了，我才开始录。还有説我敢侵犯她的肖像权，她要找我麻烦，并回拍我了。 以上所有内容都是真实的，希望给大家避避雷了。
