衞生条件很差，作为经常入住锦江都城的老客户，这是第一次给出差评，这家加盟店完全不达标，房间桌面，衞生间洗手枱麪，地面污垢多多，沙发脏兮兮浮尘多没法坐，椅子是自己擦拭过才坐的，牙刷是掉毛的……，床品睡过身上是痒的，住过的锦江都城最糟糕的一次体验，衞生条件不及锦江之星、维也纳这些低档些的酒店。服务人员服务态度不错，但服务的专业水平谈不上，在洗衣房谘询服务人员洗衣机、烘乾机的使用完全不明白。
