酒店位于城北老区，旁边一条街都是饭馆，斜对面有一东南亚商城，非常方便；酒店虽然不是新开的，但房间设施保养的不错，干净舒适，也很宽敞；因为在路口，有一些楼层和朝向的房间会比较吵。

很一般吧，不大接受先交与房费同价的保证金，到酒店还要再支付封额房费，再过几天再平台退保证金这这种模式，占用客户资金
