这是我住过最贴心的酒店了！提前打电话説有长者同行，到了之后发现房间特意安排了靠电梯的楼层，还加了防滑垫和夜灯，细节太暖了。房间采光很好，窗外景色不错，床睡得很舒服，早餐还有适合长者的软食，真的太用心了。服务人员态度都特别好，热情又有礼貌，必须给个大大的赞！

环境：房间还是挺新的，也挺大，比较乾净衞生
住了两天，第一天的早餐品种和服务都很好，但是第二天感觉吃的没那么好了，我们也赶高铁，所以小孩没怎么吃，因为赶时间他就带了两个鸡蛋坐车吃，煮麪的服务员居然不让他拿，还説让小孩放回去我无语了。现在酒店基本上都提供早餐打包服务给赶时间吃不上早餐的客人，就这一点给人感觉特别不好。

价格实惠，带了两个小孩，本来订的是没有早餐的，但是酒店前台也送了我们4张早餐券，晚上还送了酸奶和点心，一张1米35床和一张1米八床对于带小孩的家庭来説足够了，而且是真的很实惠，服务也很好，推荐哦！

酒店硬件确实没话説——房间宽敞明亮，床品软硬度刚好，智能马桶这些设施都配得很全，但服务真的让人失望到想吐槽，培训不到位，缺乏管理！
入住时前台女生冷漠，第二天没让打扫房间，要配备的水时极其不耐烦，而且説按规定只能2瓶，説没让打扫房间，没配才给了2瓶，4钻的酒店1星的服务，我花钱住酒店不是看臭脸的，不用笑脸，起码别甩脸子，另外公共衞生也很差，电梯里满是污渍，再就是吐槽一下早餐，貌似被承包了，不好吃没事，在取餐时盯着你，吃饭时在你边上大声打电话，真是够够的了，比民宿都不如，下次不会在住。
打自助咖啡也是一脸不情愿，我花钱了，不是乞讨，好好培训一下吧，值得称赞的是送的酸奶不错。

很有趣的酒店，门口造型很有个性～
地下停车场很方便，有专用车位，完全不用考虑停车问题～
床垫枕头都是高品质的，住的太值得了！

御龙花园酒店是新建酒店，周边比较好的酒店之一，酒店房间乾净整洁，设施方便顺手好用，床铺柔软温馨舒适，非常推荐。前台小姐姐很好，有求必应，积极提供帮助，以后来依旧选择住在这里。

This hotel is the one which is our less favourite throughout our trip in Yunnan for 15 days.
The location is a bit far from the main attractions. If you are self driving, then this is not a problem. It is close to the botanical garden.
The room is of decent size, and it is clean. The design of the room is great too.
For us, the biggest problem is during breakfast time. Since this hotel is of great value, there were tour groups using the hotel. Result being that everyone had breakfast at the same time! Someone in our group of 5 people actually grabbed some boiled eggs and went back to the room to eat because the breakfast area was all full. When we stayed there, it was in the later part of March and it was not high tourist season, I hate to think what it would be like during peak season.
