地理位置对于到城站火车的人来说非常方便。坐188路到武林门广场下车，对面就是宏都宾馆了。到西湖也是很方便的。打车到喷泉那里就十二三块，坐公交车三站路。再走个四五分钟就到了。卫生也不错。价格合不合适就只有自己决定了。

环境不好，酒店服务人员态度不好，一进酒店有股子霉味，酒店房间也很小，装修也显得陈旧，尤其是早餐，餐厅地面上都有油的感觉，鞋踩上去，特别粘。
