一点都不像今年开业的酒店，衞生真的很差，垃圾桶的垃圾都没有扔乾净，枕头上有很多碎发，前台也是服务极差，等了很长时间才给我们换房间，一进门就叫能看到这种木地板破烂的画面，顾客到底是啥心情？！不会开酒店的就别开了，一天的长途开车想的好好休个息，没想到看了这些好心情都没有了，後悔死了都！

自以为是当地生意最好的，随便欺负客户，没有服务态度，生意已经到头了！出现问题，酒店方首先推卸责任！让员工承担，员工惰性太强！没有服务意识！通过一个酒店，影响对整个库尔勒的印象！

鲜少评价酒店，第一次写差评给酒店。从入住开始大堂一堆住客围着前台抽烟，保安不管。一个前台在工作按规矩排队，却不断被人插队。前台只给一张房卡，两人入住也不给多一张房卡即使取店卡也不给。最後出动店总收了50元多给一张房卡，因为房间要充电。要求机器人给房间送东西。前台直接拒绝，説不送的原因是这间房的电话是坏的，电话坏了难道是我的错吗？酒店的地下停车库阴森恐怖堪比密室。
