酒店离凯里南高铁站不远，离市中心也不远。前台小姐姐们服务态度非常好，还精心准备了房间的欢迎水果，在凯里度过一个美好的晚上！一个人的商务出差不想外出，机器人帮忙送餐到房间，好顺心！

整体还是很不错的，酒店服务很热情周到和耐心，入住的房间宽敞、整洁，衞生状况也很好，早餐丰富，停车方便。服务、衞生、环境都给5星好评。
设施也都不错的，就是我们入住当天房卡系统出了点故障，一时做不出房卡，前台服务员很辛苦，陪着一位位客人逐个去乘电梯、开房门（所以就设施这项我没有打满分，给了4.5）。不过酒店为房卡延时一事致歉非常有诚意，其实这个真算不到酒店前台的服务上，应该是合作的系统维护商技术维护不到位。

去千户苗寨玩，第一天在凯里休息一下吃点当地美食。这家希尔顿房间乾净衞生！地理位置也好，点外卖和出行都方便。机器人帮送外卖超方便，省去自己去取的烦恼。订的亲子房一家四口出行睡得很舒服！

房间衞生很乾净 设施完善齐全 还有免费的健身房和洗衣房 早餐也很好吃品类很多 环境也很OK 酒店位置也很方便 出门就可以打车 滴滴车可以直接到门口接 服务都很热情 前台小妹妹在办理入住的时候还会给我们介绍附近哪里有好吃的好玩的 很推荐来凯里入住希尔顿

酒店设施、衞生、环境、服务都挺好，花洒水量特别大，早餐也丰富。有健身房和自助洗衣房。门口就是停车场，自驾停车非常方便。贵湘荟的中餐品质、味道都好，住店客人凭优惠券打九折。到凯里住希尔顿欢朋是不错的选择。

Nice hotel, good service and a clean comfortable quiet room. The location could be a little better if in an area with more close shopping but getting a Didi to get around wasn't a problem. If going on a return trip to Kali we would likely stay here again.
