房间挺乾净，隔音效果不错。
自助洗衣也方便，早餐较丰富。
这个小城有点意思，基本上看不见斑马线，过马路都是找地下通道，路边摆摊卖水果的婆婆们很精哇，乱喊价+使劲装（説不要装听不懂）
1400入住，1点多提前到了，有空房直接给办了入住，很人性化，就是不知道咋了这里玩的两天一直拉肚子，网上推的长桥哥黄牛王酸汤牛肉真的难吃，附近的夜市也没心情去吃。

凯里避暑，在文旅酒店住了二十天，酒店各项服务基本都满意，升级了套房，养上鲜花，有家的感觉，酒店位置佳，交通方便，早餐丰富，价格合理，如果在硬件上再作改进，相信会越来越好，明年避暑，还是首选之酒店。

一家人一起住，很晚才入住，幸好只是临时歇脚一晚，酒店整体肯定没到四星的水平，谨慎入住。
衞生：其中一间居然出现了蟑螂
设施：空调旧，有尘满的故障也没人管估计
环境：旧旧的，墙皮门框等都能看出来不怎么处理

房间还可以，走廊里一股怪味，走的时候充电宝落下了（非常确定是落在酒店了），打电话前台説没有看到，态度也不太好

在大十字街的旁边，非常吵。晚上摩托车声音很大。旁边是个医院，救护车很多，完全不隔音。
酒店的窗帘不隔光，而且酒店还有外表光饰，一直照到房间里。房顶还有一个夜光灯一样的东西，一直亮着。

交通地理位置不错，在市中心区域，逛一逛凯里的小吃和一商场都很近，房间除了略小一点外，其他都挺好 值得推荐。

住了两晚，第二天千户苗寨玩到11点才回酒店，文旅酒店不是吹的，停车免费，价格合理，关键早餐也非常不错的。

一到酒店，就不知道被什么虫子咬了。小孩和大人被咬了好多包。酒店座机电话就是个摆设，也打不通前台。如果没有以上这两点，酒店其他都还是很好的。地理位置很好，出门公交站台，打车方便。
