住过这么多个维也纳就紫金这个最差，枕头像个床单一样扁，太难受了，出门就是要住个舒服，还有别家会员是2点退房，这边超一小时收30元，拖鞋很滑，洗手间我一个摔跤就摔得手肿脚肿，在前台我说了才给我包扎，太心塞了，就为什么别的维也纳不会这样？
