酒店离沟口非常近，早起买门票好方便，环境不错，早餐也蛮好吃，价格相宜，只是房间內部设施有点陈旧，第一天住的房间电热毯整晚开着却不热，一楼的房间就在小河边，风景优美就是河水流淌的声音有点嘈，第二天换到二楼安静多了。洗浴的花洒喷头太陈旧，水花飞溅，无法集中，住一两天将就着过了

头一次碰着住宾馆被倒卖！打电话谎称水管坏了，把我们安排到很差的宾馆，还按原价收费，其实水管根本沒坏。还碰着不少同样遭遇的游客，这种做法真的很恶劣。九寨沟这么美的风景却被这样的风景管理局掌管，让人无语！

离景区入口非常近，7点一开门就进去可以避开团队客流，拍到漂亮的照片。贵宾楼餐厅同时也是景区管理局的职工食堂，菜品卫生有保障。单人间比较潮，墙皮剥落，马桶漏水，十月份的晚上要插电褥子了。二层的套房是新装修的，温暖干净，推荐入住。
