Beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was quiet and had a great view of the mountain. We were able to buggy to the nearby hilton restaurants and were welcomed by a friendly staff member. It will be my go-to hotel when visiting Jiuzhaigou.

酒店人员热情周到，早餐丰富，口味鲜美，房间有个小阳台，窗外景色非常美丽，酒店就在华美胜地，吃饭走两步就到，到景区打车便利，路程大约17-20分钟

这次入住体验太棒了！前台办理迅速，笑容亲切。房间比图片上还温馨，床品柔软舒适，一觉到天亮。衞浴乾湿分离，洗漱用品品质很好。必须表扬客房服务，响应特别及时。退房时还主动询问入住感受，帮忙提行李。已经推荐给朋友，下次来一定再选这家！

之前在希尔顿和康莱德之间矛盾选择，幸亏选择了康莱德。非常满意的一次入住体验。虽然贵，但是物有所值。比起重庆的喧嚣，我还是比较喜欢九寨沟的悠哉。酒店的一切都很好。房间也很赞，度假风满满。大推！

房间还算不错，由于是淡季入住，客人不多，早餐属于半自助，可以点喜欢的餐点，服务员服务到位，一直在收用过的餐盘，就是餐厅的空调不足，茶水放置一会儿就凉了。晚餐第一天到了隔壁希尔顿的中餐厅，酸萝卜氂牛肉锅特别好吃；第二天是在酒店餐厅二楼吃了套餐，我们5个人用了四人餐，量足够多，饭后甜品还特地多赠送了一份。

九寨康莱德就像一位没落贵族，努力维持着体面，但也无法遮掩自己衰败，定了两个房间，石材拼接裂缝随处可见，玻璃胶布满了龟裂。更重要的两个房间的浴缸喷头都漏水，洗个澡一地水。淋浴间的喷头也不好用。这样的硬件和康莱德的定位实在不符。服务方面前台妹妹和值班经理，服务很努力，保持着这个没落贵族最后一份矜持。
