  凌晨1点钟入住酒店，6点多钟被吵醒，前台电话打不通。走廊里边滴滴滴响。我又不敢开门，因为房间有孩子在睡觉，只能通过携程的服务电话找前台。也打了很久，半个小时我就在联系他们，联系上以后一点儿反馈没有，前台的服务真的让人无语！这酒店真的很差，再也不住了，大家避雷吧！夜间的值班的前台换一个有能力的吧！太差劲了！最后看我差评，经理还説给我免房费，我出来玩是心情，差你这点房费？拿顾客当乞丐了？提升点服务能力吧！

  酒店很宽敞乾净，设施也新，不错 ，还有免费洗衣服务，点赞。 酒店附近的夜宵摊摊不推荐，感觉不乾净，吃了拉肚子。

  电视遥控超级难开，水多给一瓶都不肯需要单独收费，空调半夜停掉了，前台服务员态度超级差，完全感受不到酒店应有的服务水平，离古城有一定距离，作为一个北京工作回乡看望朋友的人真觉得挺失望的，不推荐。

  这个酒店可以当氧吧来休闲，绿化环境好，旁边的广场也很安静 早餐很好，品种多，还有地方特色的米粉，服务人员也很礼貌、热情。 客房很宽敞、卫生不错，服务也很贴心，有送水果和酸奶，因为有点事要晚点退房，前台小姐姐们也给延迟了退房时间，赞
