  设施：按説设备不应该旧，电路居然年久失修的感觉 床头总开关根本没用 有个灯半夜叫了维修部师傅碰运气才关上 真神奇 床垫超硬 住过的携程四钻最硬 床品舒适度也一般 衞生：衞生没毛病 环境：环境不错，位置挺好玩的，停车也算方便，和洗浴城连着，有股足浴中心味道也合理 服务：服务员服务很好，早餐早点去，供应到九点半，九点去吃就没啥了 也啥也不给补了

  房间整洁舒适，服务也到位，就是前台男工作人员态度稍显急躁，整体体验还是很好的。 设施：整体设施不错，给人感觉不错 衞生：衞生也可以，比较乾净，没看到太差的地方 下次还是会去入住，整体推荐。

  很豪华，在酒店会迷路，哈哈！能刷出外出的步数??房间也感觉绕啊绕一直在找东西，因为定的套房，太奢华了。住这里可以顺便体验一下东北的泡澡，服务都挺好，搓澡确实有点冷，回来就感冒了，不太适应。

  入住体验满分！古堡花园套房空间宽敞，私享楼层安静又安全，双衞和衣帽间的设计特别好。酒店对宠物非常包容，服务人员都很友善，衞生做得特别到位，完全没有异味。环境雅致又清净，设施也很贴心，毛孩子在房间里自在玩耍，我们也能彻底放松。绝对是带宠出行的首选！

  和朋友在锦州游玩，选择了这家很有特色的酒店，古堡一样的装修，赠送了洗浴票，外面很冷，酒店很温暖，服务的人员也很热情帮忙领路，很满意哦
