酒店设施以及卫生不错，就是位置偏了，酒店周围没有吃的，关键是酒店工作人员大堂经理男的那位态度太差了，拉低了酒店的分值

1、住宿一晚，叫餐到客房，离店后我认为可以把送餐金额一起开具住宿专票，酒店说不可以，我表示尊重和理解，但实际餐费消费金额也未开具餐饮发票；2、我有该酒店其他订单客观点评3分，酒店混淆是非，给我回复说认为我是发票问题不满，颠倒黑白，而后姓何的大堂副理说有聊天记录，我曾经有过这样的要求，我已经表示不否认，我并不是因为发票问题给予3分，该酒店工作人员通过这样的回复误导其他顾客，酒店方面不认真反馈顾客意见，而是搞这些小聪明，让人寒心。
