  酒店位置好，附近有抗震广场、万达广场、大钊公园、凤凰山公园、百货大楼，并均可步行前往。地面停车场很大但车位比较紧张，离店时，到前台领取停车券后可免费驶离。前台工作效率低，客人办理入住等候时间过长。房间小，尚且够用，近几年刚装修，色调淡雅、明快，显得很干净。房内设施齐全，有冰箱。卫生间的淋浴间没有玻璃门，洗澡时水溅得到处都是，建议改进一下。早餐38元，因为周边的餐厅非常多，所以本次没有用酒店早餐。百货大楼的超市里有唐山特产，可以前去选购。

  地处唐山市中心，去周边几大商业圈都很方便；有自己的停车场，免费安全，但是车位有点紧张，好在外围也有不少能停车的地方；房间很干净，设施齐全，大堂和客房服务都很好；提点不足，浴室的排水不是很顺畅，洗澡时候可以养鱼了...不知是不是个例，望改善。
