刚开业，装修味道较重。早餐服务员太少了，好像就一个人，桌子上盘子一直没有人收，客人走了好久都没有人来整理。另外可能是不是我们穿着比较大众，运动裤加T恤，晚上出去吃饭回来，大堂工作人员一直问我老公是来干什么的，第一我们没有衣冠不整，第二并不是住酒店的人一定要穿的很上档次，出来旅游肯定舒服为主，我们感觉有点以貌取人，我们也经常出来旅游，各类酒店都住过，我们刚从洛阳回来，住的五星的酒店感觉就很好，至少没有因为你的穿着就不停的问你来干什么，我们一家老小能来干什么。硬件都非常不错，希望软件能尽快跟上。
