先入住6楼，开中央空调2个多小时室内温度一直是30度，打客服来了两修理工看了看，不了了之。换房换到五楼，中央空调供风系统噪音很大，室温下降到27度，不能调节进风量，凑合了。大厅像自由市场，人来人往，甚是热闹，楼下各种会议、培训班、还有结婚宴请，一直不能清净。也就是占着好地段，会议安排在这里，320元的价格，不然谁会来。
离地铁口非常近，交通优势明显。
