  带娃入住雨林家庭套房体验超棒！房间宽敞通透，衞生打扫得一尘不染。酒店泳池景致绝美，周边雨林氛围感拉满，前台服务贴心周到，特别是管家尼克（虽然在休假但是微信上随时Q他都秒回简直太负责了）餐厅小姐姐也是知道我们是带小朋友人还没到餐厅就帮我们把小童餐椅餐具准备好了。亲子出行首选，下次来版纳还住这里！力推力推！！！

  首次来版纳，没想到酒店是最完美，最惊喜的体验，基本没出去，在酒店惬意拉满了。 不爱评价的我，都忍不住给个好评！ 非常能感受到品牌的用心经营，无论是硬软件，还是工作人员的专业性，都非常棒??????，每次见到都会礼貌打招呼，询问需求，特别周到暖心！ 管家尼克更是非常细心，每次见面都是笑眼盈盈，很有感染力，让人心情也很好！及时的预判客人需求，防蚊礼包，甜汤，洗衣服务，衞生服务，餐食各处都超预期。

  房间里智能客控，180°落地窗把绿意框进眼里。mini吧塞满饮品，还送了两杯鸡尾酒???洗护是大瓶装，床品软到不想起。早餐有现做米线，水果甜品摆得满满当当，每天都要吃撑。 最戳我的是一路被照顾得很好：管家接机、欢迎茶歇，大堂吧全天备着茶水糖果。下楼走几分钟就是星光夜市，告庄内还有免费摆渡车，出门逛吃、回酒店躺平，切换自如。这才是版纳度假的正确打开方式呀～

  这次入住体验感拉满，必须给五星！特别表扬管家小李，全程服务细致入微，入住当天小朋友生日还送了蛋糕，非常有心，不管谘询什么问题都一一解答，特别省心。餐厅早餐虽説餐品选择不算丰富，不过味道真的很不错，食材和口味都在线，每天晚上还有晚安甜点，还有洗衣服务，这个也非常方便，周吵也很方便，后续又续住了2晚，整体体验非常舒心，已经列入回购清单啦！

  酒店就在星光夜市附近，从阳台就可以看见夜市，原本担心晚上会吵，结果没啥大影响。装修雅致，还带泳池，适合带小朋友玩。早餐丰富多彩，下午茶很云南，里面的无酒精饮料真的超级好喝，出乎意料之外。全程管家尼克都很热心周到，从入住前的主动联系，谘询行程，到入住后的细节，礼貌贴心，真的让人忍不住点赞，下次有机会去还住你们家！
