酒店设施比较新，行政房给调到景观房，房间够大，面向广场，夜景不错。酒店每个服务员都会主动微笑问好，前台餐厅服务员更是不错，前台小丁，过年三天都是她的班，很辛苦，还有其他前台人员都很有礼貌，不错值得推荐

位置非常好，南面泉城广场，东边世贸宽厚里，西边恒隆，北边泉城路芙蓉街，楼下高档贵和，购物吃喝玩乐都很方便，唯一不满意的地方是停车太难，有时竟然等了一两个小时，希望可以想办法改进一下，谢谢

酒店地理位置非常好，去大明湖，芙蓉街，趵突泉都非常近，前台小丁非常热情，下次还来，哦！房间非常好，还免费加床，因为三人之家，谢谢！
