其他方面都是中规中矩的酒店，但发生一件事情让我感觉很糟糕！晚上入住，十点半洗澡发现根本没有热水！我也是真心醉了。后来想想算了那么迟了重新换房间也不方便。作为一家星级酒店居然出现这种情况。
