很不错的酒店，服务超好，刚下车就有服务人员帮我拿行李，前台接待的姑娘也非常热情，态度很好，一直以微笑服务，我看了一下胸牌，名字叫李莉，很熟练和快捷的帮我办理了手续。再来说说房间，房间很宽敞，干净整洁，窗口望出去视野也很开阔，还有水果送。服务周到，环境舒适，边上就是万达，吃东西也方便，下次来济南还选择这家酒店??

每次外出Hyatt總是我的首選酒店，這次在濟南Check in的時候前台幫忙升級了房間，房間很大，雖然景觀沒什麼，因為對面正在建房子，不過在市中心的酒店也只能如此了。晚上吃了酒店的buffet，品種也很多，最喜歡的就是烤串，也是最多人排隊的，啤酒任喝也是極好的。酒店出門旁邊就是萬達廣場，吃飯什麼的也很方便。白天騎車去了趵突泉，也就10來分鐘。下次來還選Hyatt。
