跟几个朋友结伴亲子游雪野，网订雪野花园酒店，8月4号入住，没想到朋友的老婆却被酒店伤了脚，摔了怀中的孩子，严重扭伤，韧带撕裂，酒店的处理态度令人难以接受，仅赔偿300元了事，我方唯有通过法律途径维权。此外，该酒店设施陈旧，安全隐患大，也没有提示指引，奉劝大家出游谨慎预定该酒店，毕竟出门安全第一！

住了这个酒店不仅身体受伤，更心伤了！以后我和朋友们再也不会去了。本来周末跟三五好友们带着孩子去雪野湖亲子游好好玩的，就定了这家高档的酒店，就图个安全舒适，没想到老婆在这家酒店崴了脚，设施陈旧不堪，观景台木纹地板严重安全隐患，作为一家当地有一定知名度酒店竟然不做任何安全提示，踩上去木板断裂，还摔了怀中的孩子，老婆的脚严重扭伤，韧带拉伤，疼痛难忍，要将近一个月才可能好。酒店的处理态度和解决方案只是赔偿300元，把我们当要饭的。幸亏跟着一块玩的朋友是律师，当时就在场，看来只有通过法律途径维权了，奉劝有意住这家酒店的朋友一定三思而后行，毕竟为了安全！！！
