环境好，房间大，就在雪野湖边，因孩子小，一开始给了间刚装修好时间不长的房子，味道很大，要求换房，服务态度很好一会就收拾好房间了。

在雪野湖边，房间很大。但酒店服务及客房设施都够不上5星。行李生也没有，晚上9点多大堂就只留下一盏昏暗的灯，第一天到时，还以为被骗了，走错地方了。这还是国庆长假期间，要平时没人时，还不知道会怎样。总台就留一个服务员。
