酒店前台服务很好，房间位于繁华区，相对较小，入住第一时间测试漏掉开关，是好的，因为有三四个插座是第一代国标，不符合要求，是淘汰类的了，有待改善，另一方面，很多地方卫生没有清洁到位，希望可以改善👀

2020年6月7日晚入住的汉庭酒店(济南趵突泉店) ，我在微信酒店同程艺龙订了房间，到店后前台办理入住员那个*女人态度非常差，耍气的态度，使入住非常不愉快，这么好的酒店用如此员工，会严重影响酒店形象，上了网络舆论会给此品牌酒店抹黑后果严重，劝赶快调查一下此人，趁早离职，别让她毁了酒店口碑！

酒店位置很好，到趵突泉、五龙潭、芙蓉街都只需步行。房间干净雅致，设施齐全。早餐丰富，价格经济。服务人员热情好客。服务台有水果喝饮料，有洗衣房。虽然没有中餐晚餐，但是周边吃饭的地方很多，最近的是酒店出门左边的“蜗牛叔叔的食堂”，据说是“和风”旗下品牌。适合带孩子出游。

这个酒店位置不错，离景区都很近，交通特别方便。房间面积不大，但很干净，还有小水果赠送。感觉很好，很舒服。
