1.服务非常差劲 晚上3点入住的已经很晚了 从前台办理入住要比网上贵100 说要注册会员 下次就可以便宜了 这是强行售出会员卡吗？
2 入住时前台特意强调挨着电梯的是普通房间让我定商务 结果去了还是挨着电梯 这是什么意思？
3 入住酒店只问了我的身份证号码 为什么不登记公安系统 我特意问了一下身份证没带 电子证件要不要登记 这样都不登记 入住酒店不用登记的吗
4 在前台定房可以延迟退房2点 为什么平台就要12点 11点多就打电话催退 晚上3点入住中午11点催退房
5 房间进门厕所面盆里面是有水的 打扫的时候也不注意？
