看到酒店评分在吉林：4.9，妥妥的最高水平。
但体验了之后，心情有点复杂。
先说优点：
景色无敌。江景房真是占据了吉林最好的位置。看着江水缓缓奔流，夜景璀璨，白天也心胸开阔。
房内的设施也是五星标配。床品是合格的，很舒服，沉沉入睡很踏实。
房内提供了加湿器，这很在意住客的感受。尤其是南方游客。因为北方真的很干，刚来会很不习惯。
在说问题：
服务参差不齐。
前台办理的人员似乎没有经过培训，说话语气，态度，话语本身都根本不在意客人的需求和感受。而且毫不自知。让人非常不舒服。
而前台可是客人进入酒店的第一次接触，心情感受，对这个酒店的印象，都是最初的来源。所以前台若没有一个好的呈现，会令客人对酒店的品质，信任，和酒店的形象本身都大打折扣。
让人感觉始终舒服的是电梯人员。
会问好，有微笑，会拿手按住电梯门让客人进去。这个过程令人感到温暖和舒服。
北方的五星酒店都不够令人满意，虽然也有地域上的某些影响，但还是希望能够有提升的心态。
身为北方人，希望更好。
